'Truth's Disguise' A Poem

What is this?

Is this your own truth?
Or are you pulling the veil of lies,
over your life's bride.

Are you sworn down this path?
Sworn to these lies, this falsehood?
Or does fate plan while the gods of faiths alike laugh?

What is this?
But the life you created,
Your reality spun into a veil false truths now a curtain.

Is this a curtain of blind indignance?
Or a curtain of wondrous mystery?
A curtain of false truth?
Or one of a new hope?

Does this curtain belong to you?
Or a curtain that belongs to someone else?

You know what this is.
Will you continue to choose it?
